How long will it take to receive my order? Our process includes a 1–2 business day handling period for quality inspection, followed by 3–5 business days for transit. Most customers receive their items within 4–7 business days.

Do you ship internationally? Currently, Homaco focuses exclusively on serving the United Kingdom to ensure the highest level of service and delivery speed.


Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window. If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in new, unused condition for a full refund or exchange.

Are returns free? Yes. We include a pre-paid return label in every package. If you need a new one, just email us at support@homaco.shop. There are no restocking fees.

How long do refunds take? Once we receive and inspect your return, we process the refund within 5 business days back to your original payment method.

What is RFID protection? Most of our wallets and card holders feature integrated RFID-blocking technology. This acts as a digital shield, preventing unauthorized scanners from reading your contactless card data.

My leather has small marks or color variations. Is this a defect? No. Because we use premium full-grain leather, natural variations, growth marks, and subtle color shifts are signs of an authentic, high-quality hide. These characteristics ensure your piece is one-of-a-kind and will develop a beautiful patina over time.
