Refund policy

At Homaco, we take immense pride in our 25 years of leather craftsmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This policy applies to all orders placed within the United Kingdom.


1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your item was delivered to request a return or exchange.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in New condition: unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.

  • Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • We accept returns for both Defective products (damaged, incorrect item) and Non-defective products (customer remorse, change of mind).

3. Return Process & Fees

We aim to make the return process as simple as possible.

  • Return Shipping Fee: We offer Free Return Shipping.

  • Return Method: A pre-paid return label is included in your original package. If you have misplaced your label, please email us at support@homaco.shop and we will send you a digital copy to print.

  • In-Store Returns: You may also return your item in person to our Bletchingley location.

  • Restocking Fee: There are no restocking fees at Homaco.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your product for a different color or model, please follow the return process above and specify the item you would like as a replacement in your email to us. Exchanges are processed at no additional shipping cost to you.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately at support@homaco.shop with your order number and a photo of the item. We will prioritize your replacement or full refund including any original shipping costs.

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

  • Timeline: Please allow 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer's processing times.
