1. Shipping Costs

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across the United Kingdom. There are no hidden fees or minimum purchase requirements.

2. Delivery Timelines

Our delivery timeline is divided into two parts: Handling Time and Transit Time.

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (London).

  • Handling Time: 1 – 2 Business Days (Monday – Friday). Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the following business day.

  • Transit Time: 3 – 5 Business Days (Monday – Friday).

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4 – 7 Business Days.

3. Shipping Methods & Tracking

All orders are shipped via trusted UK carriers (such as Royal Mail, DPD, or Evri). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your package's journey directly via the our tracking page .

4. Shipping Territory

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

5. Delivery Address Changes

We can only change the delivery address if the order has not yet been processed or dispatched. Please contact us immediately at support@homaco.shop if you need to update your information. Once an order is in transit, we cannot redirect it.

6. Parcels Damaged in Transit

If you receive a package that is visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery if possible and contact our customer service team. If the package has already been delivered, take photos of the damage and reach out to us within 48 hours so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
